Mouth It's well balanced wine with acidity that gives it some freshness, rounded tannins that gives it structure and a long and persistent finish.

Vineyards
The grapes comes from vines installed at 70 meters of altitude in the 80's in Quinta da Pacheca.
Vinification
The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and pressed. The fermentation occurred during 7 days in the traditional granitic stone tanks with foot treading and smooth reassembles. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine was transferred int stainless steel vats where the malolactic fermentation occurred.
